Crimped fittings and quick-connect fittings differ significantly in structure and application.
Crimped fittings secure the hose to the connector through crimping, requiring specialized tools for installation. These fittings are compact, offer good sealing, and are suitable for applications requiring frequent disassembly and installation. However, disassembly and installation of crimped fittings are relatively complex and require some specialized skills.
Quick-connect fittings, on the other hand, are quick-connect pipe fittings. They feature rapid insertion and removal, making installation and disassembly very convenient. Their structure allows for quick connection and disconnection, improving work efficiency. However, compared to crimped fittings, quick-connect fittings may have slightly inferior sealing performance and may experience leakage problems under high pressure or high vibration environments.
