Material and Performance: Y-type tee fittings are typically made of high-strength alloy steel, such as CF41520#, with a tensile strength of not less than 415 MPa, a yield strength of not less than 240 MPa, an elongation of not less than 25%, and a hardness of not more than 197 HB, ensuring long-term stable operation under high pressure and high temperature environments.

Manufacturing Process: A push-forming technique is used, where the pipe blank is extruded into a Y-shaped structure using a special mold, ensuring a smooth inner wall and low flow resistance. Surface treatment employs a rust-proof black galvanizing process to effectively prevent corrosion.

Connection Method: The standard configuration is welded connection. Bevels are pre-reserved at the pipe ends. After welding, 100% radiographic testing is required (complying with NBT47013.4-2015 standard) to ensure weld quality.

Standard System: Complies with GB/T12459-2017 standard for seamless butt-welded steel pipe fittings. Steel pipe raw materials comply with GB/T8163-2018 standard for seamless steel pipes for fluid transportation.
