How We Ensure Accuracy

 

Raw die castings have low dimensional accuracy, typically around ±0.1 mm. CNC machining of die castings improves critical dimensions to ±0.01 mm, allowing parts from different batches to be interchangeable. Positional accuracy reaches ≤0.05 mm, and hole tolerances meet H7 grade. Burrs are removed during machining, leaving smooth edges-no secondary cleaning is required. This saves labor time and costs.

Two Tests That Protect Your Order

 

Before CNC machining, every batch of die castings undergoes X-ray inspection according to ASTM E505, checking for air holes and shrinkage. Only qualified rough parts proceed to CNC machining. After machining, we inspect all hole sizes with an air gauge, testing 100% of the parts. Defective parts never leave the factory. We also comply with local environmental regulations. Third-party inspections are welcome, and we provide material certificates and dimensional test reports.
