Stop Leaks Before They Start

 

This valve housing controls fluid flow. Valve body CNC machining from our factory ensures high sealing precision. The typical size is 45 mm outer diameter. We use 6061-T6 or 2011 aluminum, which is easy to machine. The surface is anodized to improve corrosion and erosion resistance, with a layer thickness of 5–15 μm. Salt spray testing reached 336 hours under ASTM B117, demonstrating excellent performance in harsh conditions such as hydraulic lines and fuel systems.

The Gap Is Only 0.005 to 0.015 mm

 

The gap between the valve body hole and the core is tightly controlled at 0.005 to 0.015 mm, meeting ISO 13857 leakage standards. The inner surface is smooth with Ra 0.8 μm, and transition corners are R0.5 to R1 mm, reducing vortex formation and pressure loss. The flow coefficient (Cv) increases by approximately 8%. The anodized surface has a hardness of 300–400 HV. Working pressure can reach 21 MPa (3,000 psi), and burst pressure exceeds 63 MPa.

60-Second Pressure Hold with Zero Drop

 

After CNC machining, each valve body undergoes an airtightness test at 1.5 times the rated working pressure for 60 seconds, with no pressure drop allowed. All threads are checked with go/no-go gauges and meet UNF, UNEF, or G thread standards. Third-party inspections are welcome. We communicate delivery delays proactively, ensuring you receive a reliable product.
