This product is fully custom. Non-standard machining is designed for parts that are not available in standard catalogs. You provide a drawing or sample, and we manufacture the part. We use high-quality aluminum such as 6061-T6, 7075-T5, or 5083. Typical dimensions are 100×100×80 mm, but larger sizes are possible. Dimensional accuracy is ±0.01 mm, positional accuracy is ≤ φ0.02 mm, and surface roughness is Ra 1.6 μm. We follow ISO 2768-m standards. Anodizing thickness is 8–15 μm, with hardness after anodizing ≥350 HV.

One Piece Is Perfectly Fine

 

We accept orders as small as a single piece. Non-standard machining is ideal for prototypes, small test batches, and replacement parts. We use a 5-axis CNC machining center, capable of reaching ±90° spatial angles, machining thin walls down to 0.2 mm, and cutting threaded holes from M2 to M20. Standard sample parts are completed in 5–7 working days, while small batch orders take 10–15 days. This greatly shortens your product development cycle.

Our R&D team reviews your drawing first. We assess whether special tooling is required and then provide a quotation and delivery date. Once confirmed, we order materials and begin production. During machining, first-piece inspection and regular spot checks are performed. After completion, every part undergoes full inspection. If any quality issues arise after delivery, we investigate the cause and provide repair, replacement, or rework. No excuses-just solutions. Our factory is organized into five departments: R&D, sales, quality, production, and administration, ensuring a smooth workflow.
