We Make Parts That Standard CNC Cannot Handle

 

These parts are designed for large and irregular shapes. Aluminum alloy non-standard parts from our factory can reach dimensions of 500×500×150 mm-larger than what standard CNC machines can handle. We use high-rigidity 4-axis or 5-axis CNC machining centers with a stroke of 600×600×200 mm. There is no need to weld or assemble multiple pieces, eliminating accuracy loss from joining. Our R&D team can turn a drawing or prototype into a finished product.

 

Passed 480 Hours of Salt Spray Testing

 

These aluminum alloy non-standard parts are made from solid forged plates or thick tubes, providing high bending strength suitable for load-bearing structures. Surfaces can undergo hard anodizing, achieving hardness of 500–600 HV. Testing shows they withstand 480 hours in a salt spray chamber according to ASTM B117, making them suitable for marine or chemical environments with excellent corrosion resistance. Flatness on a 500×500 mm surface is ≤0.05 mm, and parallelism is ≤0.03 mm.

 

Strong Packaging for Heavy and Valuable Parts

 

Aluminum alloy non-standard parts are heavy and valuable, so we pack them carefully. Internally, multi-layer EVA foam with slots secures the part. Externally, we use 12 mm thick plywood boxes or robust PP plastic containers, with anti-rust paper and desiccant included. Packaging meets ISTA 3E heavy transport standards, safe for forklifts and long, bumpy roads. We accept USD, Euro, and GBP. For custom products, a 50% prepayment is required, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
