Rubber Coated Cable Clamps

This clamp completely encases the cable in rubber. Rubber coated cable clamps from our factory feature an aluminum core with a full rubber covering. The metal core is 6061-T6 aluminum, 1.5–2.5 mm thick, with anodizing or passivation (coating thickness 10–15 μm) that passes 500 hours of salt spray testing. The rubber covering is 2–3 mm thick, with a hardness of Shore A 50–65. The clamp fits cable diameters from 3 mm to 100 mm, ensuring no metal touches the cable at any point.

The full rubber covering prevents any metal-to-cable contact. These clamps provide insulation resistance above 100 MΩ (IEC 60243-1). The rubber absorbs 30–40% of vibration and shock energy. Tested under IEC 60068-2-27 with a 50g half-sine shock, the cable insulation remains intact. Fluorosilicone rubber resists chemicals and works from -50°C to 260°C, meeting UL94 V-0. Nitrile rubber has a volume swell below 12% in oil (ASTM D471).

Adding an optional rubber sealing pad upgrades the clamp to IP67 dust and water protection, suitable for outdoor or wet environments. The metal part is passivated per AMS 2700, with no risk of hydrogen embrittlement, making it safe for aircraft structures. Before production, we create a detailed plan, break the delivery schedule into steps with assigned responsibilities, and monitor progress closely. If any delay occurs, we inform you immediately.
