This clamp secures pipes and wire bundles. Rubber cushion clamps from our factory feature a combined aluminum and rubber structure. The aluminum part is stamped from 6061 sheet, while the rubber is molded. The clamp accommodates pipe diameters from 3 mm to 100 mm. Aluminum surfaces can be anodized or chemically oxidized. Rubber options include silicone, nitrile, fluorosilicone, and EPDM. Fluorosilicone rubber operates from -50°C to 260°C and can withstand 280°C for short periods, making it ideal for engine bays and other high-temperature areas.
Oil Resistant and Fire Safe
Nitrile and fluorosilicone rubbers resist mineral oil and fuel. Rubber cushion clamps made from these materials exhibit volume swell below 15% under ASTM D471. Flame rating reaches UL94 V-0, meaning the rubber stops burning once the flame is removed. Rubber hardness ranges from Shore A 55 to 75, providing vibration and shock absorption, while preventing the metal clamp from scratching pipes or wires. Your hoses and wires remain protected.
Easy to Install and Reuse
The clamp mounts with one or two bolts, compatible with M5 to M10 sizes. The clamp body opens for easy installation-you do not need to remove pipe end fittings.
