Rubber Cushioned Cable Clamp

This clamp secures cables and wires. Rubber cushioned cable clamps from our factory feature an aluminum and rubber structure. The metal part is 5052 or 6061 aluminum, 1.2–2.0 mm thick, with anodizing or chemical oxidation coating of 8–15 μm. Salt spray test passes 336 hours (ASTM B117). The rubber is bonded to the metal, with peel strength ≥25 N/cm and hardness Shore A 55–75. The clamp fits cable diameters from 3 mm to 100 mm, with over 20 standard sizes available.

Fluorosilicone rubber operates from -50°C to 260°C, suitable for high-heat environments near engines and turbines. Silicone rubber works from -50°C to 200°C, ideal for outdoor equipment in cold climates. Nitrile rubber resists oil, with volume swell below 15% after 70 hours in ASTM #1 oil at 100°C. Fluorosilicone is both oil- and flame-resistant, meeting UL94 V-0 standards. The dense anodized coating protects the metal against corrosion better than paint.

The rubber lining features a curved anti-slip pattern that prevents cables from sliding along their axis and stops metal from contacting cable insulation, avoiding wear. Vibration testing under ISO 16750-3 at 10g acceleration shows no cable movement and no insulation damage. The clamp body opens for easy installation-you do not need to feed the cable through the end-and it can be reused.

Ideal for construction machine wire bundles, wind power cable holders, mining machine cable protection, and ship electrical wire fixing. Mounting holes are φ6.5 mm or φ8.5 mm for M6 or M8 bolts.
