Rubber Strap Clamp

This adjustable strap clamp secures pipes and cables. Rubber strap clamps from our factory feature a metal buckle and a rubber strap. The metal is 6061 aluminum or 304 stainless steel, with anodizing or passivation. Stainless steel passes 500 hours of salt spray testing. The rubber strap can include a nylon or polyester reinforcement layer. One strap fits pipe diameters from 3 mm to 100 mm, reducing inventory by up to 80% compared to fixed-size clamps.

The strap uses a ratchet or hook-and-catch lock, so it can be tightened by hand-no tools required. Installation is up to 70% faster than traditional bolt clamps. Strap materials include silicone, nitrile, fluorosilicone, or EPDM. Fluorosilicone works from -50°C to 260°C and meets UL94 V-0 standards. After 70 hours in fuel (ASTM D471), it retains over 85% of its original strength, making it suitable for fuel systems.

The rubber strap contains reinforcing fibers, giving a tensile strength above 500 N for a 20 mm wide strap. Fatigue testing at 10 Hz with ±2 mm amplitude for 72 hours shows no loosening or breakage. Ozone resistance is tested under ASTM D1149 at 50 pphm for 100 hours, with no cracking. All incoming materials undergo inspection, including first-piece inspection and spot checks. Third-party inspections are welcome.

Ideal for car engine wire bundles, hydraulic hose temporary fixing, test bench line management, and ship cable bundling. After delivery, we assist with inspection. If quality issues arise, we investigate the cause, repair, replace, or rework the parts, and follow up with the customer.
