Our Drone Assembly Parts are designed for high-performance drone frames. Made from 7075-T6 aviation-grade aluminum, they are precision-machined on CNC turn-mill machines. Parts include motor mounts, center plates, arm connectors, and gimbal brackets.

Lightweight by Design

 

We use 5-axis CNC machining to cut grid or honeycomb pockets inside the parts. Material removal reaches 60–70%, making the parts roughly 50% lighter than a solid block while retaining strength. Typical motor mounts weigh only 15–25 grams with metal inserts.

  • Fatigue strength: ≥160 MPa at 10⁷ cycles (ASTM E466, R=0.1)
  • Metal inserts (M2–M6): M3 pull-out force >200 N, torque resistance >1.5 N·m

 

Balanced and Vibration-Free

 

Key surfaces, such as motor mount faces and arm connections, are coaxial to φ0.02 mm. Parts are dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 G2.5 to reduce vibration during high-speed rotation. Stress points feature R≥1.5 mm radii to prevent fatigue. Tested under MIL-STD-810G vibration standards, no cracks appear after 6 hours.

  • 100% CMM inspection for all critical dimensions
  • Key size CPK: >1.33
  • X-ray checks for internal pockets and insert bonding
  • Torque testing for every threaded insert
