One Inlet, Three Outlets
Our 4 Way Elbow Pipe Fitting has one inlet and three outlets. Some outlets can feature an elbow shape to accommodate complex layouts. Pipe diameters range from 6 mm to 60 mm. Port position accuracy is ≤ φ0.15 mm, and the angle error between port axes is ≤ ±1°. For 7075 aluminum with hard anodizing, the coating can reach 50 μm thickness with hardness ≥ 500 HV. The reduction ratio between ports can be up to 1:3. Working pressure is 21 MPa (3000 psi), test pressure is 31.5 MPa, and burst pressure exceeds 63 MPa. Fluorocarbon rubber seals operate from -20°C to 200°C.
