Y Junction Pipe Fitting

Our Y Junction Pipe Fitting is a Y-shaped branch designed to split fluid flow efficiently. Made from high-strength aluminum (6061-T6 or 7075-T5), the Y shape reduces flow resistance and vortex loss compared to traditional T fittings. Split angles are available at 45° or 60°, while T shapes are 90°. The Y design increases flow capacity by 20–30% and lowers pressure drop by 40% compared to a T fitting of the same size. Typical dimensions are 50×30×20 mm. Surface finish options include anodizing, powder coating, or natural finish, customized to your drawing.

Designed according to ISO 4144 standards, this fitting has a rated working pressure of 21 MPa (3,000 psi) and a burst pressure above 63 MPa, giving a 3× safety factor. Port inner diameter tolerance is H8 (ISO 286-2), and thread accuracy is 6H for UNF, UNEF, or G threads. The flow path surface roughness is Ra 1.6 μm. Anodizing thickness is 8–12 μm, with hard anodizing hardness above 500 HV. This ensures high-pressure reliability and long-term performance.

Ports accept UNF, UNEF, G, NPT, or NPTF threads, suitable for hydraulic fittings with 24° cone, 37° JIC flare, or flat O-ring face seals. Each batch undergoes SAE J514 or ISO 1179 testing. Threads are 100% inspected with go/no-go gauges, and flow paths are checked with a CMM. Leakage meets ISO 13857 low-leak standards, ensuring safety and environmental compliance for hydraulic systems.
