Stack Pipe Fittings

Our Stack Pipe Fittings let your pipes transition smoothly from horizontal to vertical. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum and processed with CNC bending and flaring, these fittings enable complex 3D pipe layouts. Pipe diameters range from 6 mm to 60 mm. Bending angle error is ≤±0.5°, spatial angle error ≤±1°, and pipe end flatness ≤0.2 mm. Vertical sections can reach up to 1000 mm, with straightness ≤1 mm per meter. Transition arcs are at least 3× the pipe diameter. Salt spray resistance ranges from 336 to 1000 hours depending on anodizing type.

A single fitting handles direction change and vertical routing simultaneously. Stack Pipe Fittings support XYZ three-axis layouts, replacing two or three traditional fittings plus straight pipes. This reduces potential leak points by 60%. The smooth, large-radius bend between horizontal and vertical sections lowers flow resistance. Entire bends are formed without welding, eliminating heat-affected zones and weld corrosion. Overall pressure capacity is 30% higher than equivalent welded pipes.

Fix these fittings to walls or brackets using P-clamps or U-clamps. We recommend a clamp spacing of no more than 1 meter to prevent sagging from gravity or vibration. End connections can be 24-degree cone, 37-degree JIC flare, or NPT threads to fit standard pipe systems. Each fitting is packed in an anti-static PP bag, custom EVA foam liner, and strong cardboard or PP outer box, meeting ASTM D4169 transport standards for safe long-distance shipping of high-value parts.
