Elbow Reducer Pipe

Our Elbow Reducer Pipe is a flexible reducing elbow that can be customized to any bend angle from 0° to 180°. Standard options include 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°, but we can produce any angle you need. The inlet and outlet have different diameters, with pipe ranges from 6 mm to 60 mm. Angle tolerance is ≤ ±0.5°. The taper section angle is ≤30° (API RP 14E). Wall thickness reduction in the taper area is ≤15%, and the outer bend wall reduction is ≤20% (ASME B31.3). Maximum reduction ratio is 1:4. Minimum order for custom sizes is 10 pieces.

This reducer can transition from a large pipe to a much smaller pipe-for example, from 50 mm down to 12 mm. This makes it ideal for branching from main lines to small-diameter lines. We also support mixed end types: one end can be a flange, the other threaded; or one end flared and the other ferrule type. For aerospace or special equipment, we provide material certificates such as AMS 4027 (6061 aluminum) or ASTM B241. Every part comes with a material report and size test report.

Quality is controlled at every step: raw material inspection, first-piece inspection, spot checks during production, and final inspection before packing.
