Our Swivel Joint Pipe Fittings allow one pipe end to rotate under pressure, preventing hoses from twisting or tangling. Made from 6061-T6 or 6063 aluminum, these fittings are precision-machined with CNC bending and flaring processes. The minimum bend radius is 2.5× the pipe diameter (DIN 2448). Flared inner diameter tolerance is H9, and the rotating surface roughness is Ra 0.8 μm. Coaxiality is ≤0.05 mm, rotation torque is ≤5 N·m, and working pressure is 21 MPa (3,000 psi). Rotation speed ranges from 5–10 revolutions per minute, with a rotation life of ≥1,000,000 cycles.
Sealed Even While Spinning
Two PTFE or nitrile rubber seals inside provide tight sealing matched to your fluid type. The polished sealing surface ensures dynamic seal leakage ≤0.5 cc/min, even under full working pressure. Rotation torque stays under 5 N·m throughout the life of the fitting. CNC bending ensures smooth bends without wrinkles, and wall thickness reduction is <12%. Life testing confirms zero leakage after 1,000,000 cycles, meeting hydraulic rotary joint standards.
Prevent Hose Fatigue and Breakage
Hoses under restricted rotation can develop fatigue cracks. Our swivel joint fittings eliminate that risk by allowing free rotation. Flaring tests under ISO 8493 confirm tensile strength retention above 90% at the bend. One end can have a rotating thread (UNF/UNEF or G), and the other a fixed thread or flange. No disassembly is needed for maintenance. Standard products comply with SAE J518 or ISO 12151 series and fit most hydraulic hoses.
