Small Pipe Fittings

Our Small Pipe Fittings are designed for very small pipes in tight spaces. Made from 6061-T6 or 2011 aluminum-the latter easy to cut-they are processed with high-precision CNC bending and flaring. Pipe diameters range from 6 mm to 60 mm, with a focus on the 6–16 mm range. Minimum bend radius is just 1.5× the pipe diameter (e.g., 9 mm for a 6 mm pipe), a capability beyond most large bending machines. Perfect for pneumatic valve island internal tubing and compact instrument layouts.

These fittings meet stringent requirements for small parts: outer diameter tolerance ±0.05 mm, wall thickness tolerance ±0.08 mm, bend ovality ≤5%, flared wall thickness accuracy ±0.05 mm, length tolerance ±0.2 mm, and angle tolerance ±0.5°. The CPK exceeds 1.33, ensuring high consistency for instrument and precision applications. Working pressure ranges from 0 to 25 MPa. Aluminum's density of 2.7 g/cm³ makes it 70% lighter than copper and 80% lighter than stainless steel of the same size-ideal for mobile or hand-held equipment.

Our fittings are ideal for precision hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Before shipping, each fitting undergoes ultrasonic cleaning, achieving ISO 16232 particle residue levels of 18/15. End seals can be miniature O-ring grooves (ISO 3601-1) or metal cone seals.
