3 Way Elbow Connector

Our 3 Way Elbow Connector combines a tee and an elbow into a single fitting. It splits the flow into two directions while turning one branch around a corner. Pipe diameters range from 6 mm to 60 mm. Any of the three ports can have the elbow shape. Tee branch angles are 90° or 135°, and custom angles are available. Elbow end angles can be 45°, 60°, or 90°. Port position accuracy is ≤ φ0.1 mm, and the flow path corner radius is R ≥ 3 mm. Branch flow deviation is ≤ ±5% for a 1:1 flow ratio. Maximum working pressure is 21 MPa. Salt spray test passes 336 hours.

One 3-way elbow replaces a tee, an elbow, and a short straight pipe. This reduces potential leak points by three and saves over 50% of installation space. This is especially useful for dense piping around valve integrated blocks. The angle between the main port (A) and the elbow port (B) can be customized from 30° to 120°. The angle between the straight port (C) and the elbow port (B) is made to your specifications. Ports can have mixed connection types: threads, flares, flanges, or ferrule connections, allowing integration of parts from different brands.

The internal corners of the tee are rounded (R ≥ 3 mm), minimizing vortex formation. Flow deviation is under 5% when splitting evenly, ensuring stable performance. This makes the connector ideal for hydraulic pilot lines, pneumatic system manifold outlets, lubrication system dual-line distribution, and construction machine cab piping around obstacles.
