90 Degree Structural Pipe Connector

Our 90 degree structural pipe connectorr enables a precise right-angle turn in your piping system. Made from 6061-T6 or 6082 aluminum, it is CNC-bent and flared for high precision. Its compact design fits tight spaces, with pipe diameter range from 6 mm to 60 mm. Bend angle is 90° ± 0.5°, ovality at the bend ≤8% (ISO 8491), and wall thickness reduction ≤15%. Flared end inner diameter tolerance is H9 grade, and minimum bend radius is 2× pipe diameter (DIN 2445). Anodizing thickness is 8–12 μm, with hard anodizing hardness ≥500 HV. Salt spray resistance ≥336 hours, and working temperature ranges from -40°C to 120°C.

Compared with two 45° elbows plus a straight section, our 90° connector takes 50% less space-ideal for engine bays, hydraulic valve blocks, and other tight installations. The inner surface is smooth, wrinkle-free, and maintains optimal ovality. Flow coefficient (Cv) is 10–15% higher than welded elbows, and pressure loss is 20% lower. CNC bending is servo-controlled, with bending angle error ±0.3° and springback compensated by software, ensuring consistent bends for every part.

Pipe ends can be machined to fit various seal types: 24° cone (DIN 2353), 37° JIC flare (SAE J514), or flat O-ring face seal (ISO 11926). Compatible with most hydraulic hoses and steel pipes. Seal materials include nitrile, fluorocarbon, or PTFE. We conduct first-piece inspections, regular spot checks, and final inspection before packing. Customers may also request third-party inspections. Dedicated after-sales support ensures smooth service.
